Mohan: You bring up some great points....When you consider "Total Cost of Ownership" you often narrow down your purchasing choice to a few vendors. Yet, usually in Global Fortune 500 companies decisions are made because of the right combination of price, quality (of products), and service. DELL is leading in all of these key categories -- that is why you see many "smart" companies standardizing on their products.

As Kemble would claim...soon most folks will be saying " how can you afford not to do business with DELL?" Good question.

Regards,

Scott

You might be right. However, I recall that same argument made about my PCs Unlimited by a computer store selling a very blue CPU.

Perhaps I'll wait a little longer and see what ZD has to say about eMachines. I suspect they'll have to do a review at some time soon.

Your note prompted me to write to Z-D and ask when they intend to review the eMachine Celerons for personal and business use.

I'll wait awhile.
