Well, wadda ya know, a little stock for sale. Wonder if ole Morgan is making part of the bid! ha ha ha... what scum:

"Alza Corp. the No. 1 U.S. maker of controlled-release drugs, said it will sell some or all of its 8 percent stake in ALKS as the smaller drug-delivery company's shares trade near their all-time high."
Bloomberg

The release goes on to say that they paid $25 shr for 'em in Feb 1997. They will sell the shares in the open market from time to time. Info was released in their 13D apparently.
