So how do you account for the lack of a sustained stock rise despite all the press releases, good news, and new divisions/companies? "..at this time" you find that reassuring?

Lets get real for a second shall we. John Stated in his letter to the share holders that he plans on being a reporting company soon. He has also stated that he plans on being listed . To do this he will reverse merge with another company. The fact that they said 800 million share in the CC and not 602 that we were lead to believe speaks volume as far as I'm concerned. The increased volume and the percipitus share decline is bearing out my assumptions. I widh they were NOT TRUE. I would pick up a million shares of this puppy in a heart beat!

I believe they will continue using shares for acquisitions that will positively affect the stock price as shares are being pulled into company and not remaining in the float.

Sure, they're using shares as collateral for acquisitions (not one completed to date), but they just issue more shares to do this. Why buy them from the market when it's easier and cheaper for the company to print more?

In June it was reported.....
Currently the Company has 540,000,000 million shares issued and
outstanding. Approximately 70% of these shares are restricted leaving
162,000,000 shares in the float.

My, but the Issued number of shares sure has changed with time; 280 MILLION to be exact, and in an 8 month time frame (using the 820 Million number mentioned by John during the shareholders meeting February 24th). [With more possibly on the way, according to John's letter dated March 24th. #reply-8500501] In June it was also reported that 70% of the shares were restricted, and we KNOW some have come off of restriction, 50Million was reported to have done this a few days ago. #reply-8471984 I wonder how many more shares are coming off restriction and will be dumped into the pot? According to the numbers reported in June, there could be as many as 378 Million ready to come off of restriction.

I truly think that if the shares in the float are not used for acquisitions

I don't think the company plans on buying up the float. But lets take a look at the float over this same 9 month period. The float was reported to have been 162 Million, in June, and today it's reported to be at least 265 Million, with more being added. #reply-8479476 Why, lookie here, the float's grown by more than 100 MILLION shares in 9 months. Doesn't look like the company is buying up the float for any of their acquisitions they announced 6-9 months ago.
