"I have seen this too many times to doubt it now." Me too. I've seen THIS scenario, in the short year or so I've been, unfortunately, exposed to the OTC. I guess it's fair to say that 90% go down the tubes. I own this one, so I hope not. But if I knew a billion shares or so would be in the float, I wouldn't do it again. Perhaps you can make me feel better by giving me one example of one OTC with a billion share float that did not reverse split and which came out on top, listed on a real exchange. Hope you can.
