May all NSKY shareholders forgive me for posting this . . . . . . but, I believe I have earned the right to post my objective views on this thread - and hopefully, to open a serious dialogue. The bulk of the selling this afternoon was not done by a passing daytrader or a pump-and-dump artist. It was done by me. Yes, that's right, late in the day I sold on the open market a sizeable portion of my rather large NSKY holdings. I still have several hundred thousand shares and will always hold some, but I felt as though I had no choice but to reduce my NSKY holdings. After David Sirk posted about the company not paying for news distributions, I personally telephoned the Logan Group and in a return phone call was told that Mr. Reynolds decided the expense of news distribution on Business Wire and PR Newswiere was not justified. The PR firm spokesperson did point out that it was submitted to Reuters. In my humble opinion, NSKY's decision NOT to pay a few hundred bucks for an important news release, tells me a great deal about the company. How can I be asked to believe that NSKY can actively publicize and promote upcoming movies when they are unwilling to adequately distribute a rather significant press release. Furthermore, I am bothered by Mr. Reynold's email to Donster in which he said the details of the "private loan" necessary to make the acquisition would be available in the upcooming 10Q filing. I do NOT like insider deals which allow for a co-mingling of the finances of the company and their officers. Please note that I am NOT saying anything is wrong with this deal or that it is NOT in the best long-term interest of the company. However, I firmly believe the details of any such insider arrangement should have made public today in a widely distributed news release. For that not to have been done, leaves alot of questions to be answered. I accept that Reynolds is building this company and that it may do well - perhaps in the very near future. However, I firmly believe that Mr. Reynolds and the Logan Group need to take a lesson in public relations. The manor in which public relations has been handled recently is, in my opinion, less than professional. Like I said earlier, much of my NSKY holdings are intact. However, I believe it is appropriate for us to now have a serious debate concerning the manner in which Mr. Reynolds is communicating with shareholders. Offie
