Now, we've already gone over this and you know it. Yes, I know that's the number the TA gave you. However, after the shareholders meeting, when John reported 820MILLION (a number he has not NOT altered/corrected), Barb reported to the thread that John had informed her that the TA has a different number (less) as he is not aware of additional shares John's issued. And in a letter dated March 24th, John writes.... Since we changed the name and revised the charts, we authorized more shares in anticipation of some acquisitions and financing. #reply-8500501 And after reading all of the above, I would tend to agree with Barb's reporting on this matter. Also note that in John's letter dated March 24th, he does not identify current numbers or dismiss the ones he mentioned last month at the shareholders meeting. Other than he mentions and approximation of the current float. [Which I have already addressed, too.] Let's also not forget that the Authorized as jumped to 1.1 BILLION shares... hmmmmm, isn't that the number Rosie kept hollering a month or two ago?
