Alan,

From Ancor's 10K - it appears that Ancor has similar return policies. They make clear statements that they encourage customers to try the equipment for several months prior to purchase. They have accepted returns due to market factors to create a favorable impression of the company and when some integrators have misjudged the end users need for equipment.
