John wrote "as a result, we have chosen "not" to pursue certain opportunities". To me, that is the key statement of the letter. Exactly which opportunities have we chosen to not pursue. This question demands a much more defined answer. As a stock holder for close to a year now, one who holds in excess of 1/2 million shares of the company, I feel entitled to know just what the hell I am invested in. Which of the projects that I have invested in are being dropped, and why? Enough of the vague half statements. This information does not have to be audited. The answers are known to the company right now. They should be related to the stockholders with something more definite than "certain opportunities." If the company felt it to be all right to indicate to us what projects they were pursuing, at the time they were pursuing them. Then it is equally all right to let us know which ones are no longer part of what we paid for. If I had purchased a vacation package that promised two weeks at Tahoe, tickets to different shows, meals, boat and dock, etc., then received a letter stating that "certain" of these features were to be eliminated, I damn sure would want to know which ones. Is this that much different. I bought into a company based on a certain business model. If that model is now being changed, what are the changes and why are they being made. I think everyone knows that I am not a basher. While not one of the most prolific posters, I have posted enough, both here and SI, that I have a history of my posts listed in my profile. Where I have always stood should be clear to anyone who cares to look. But enough is enough. I am invested in a publicly traded company, not the CIA. There is absolutely no excuse for the constant "cloak and dagger" non-statements. John, if you have bitten off more than you can chew at least have the decency to let us know what it is you plan to be spitting on us. dirtroad
