The wells can be done cheaper than $10MM - BUT this Shoal point welll is one of the first times an onshore well is targetting an offshore zone.

Also - Mobil would still be the operator as they are the pros so what would the jv be - a commitment of money? how much does POE have?? why not just jv to another biggie?

It is a good rumour but I will wait and see.
