If he is not careful his legacy will be starting WWIII. If that happens it will basically be us and Great Britain against the world. Anyone notice a couple months ago when Russia and China signed their non-aggression treaty?

During the China scare when they fired a missile over Taiwan a friend was stationed in the Pacific and he was able to see the Chinese warships firsthand. "Scary, truly scary." were his words. "This is totally different from what we were led to believe."
Now we have a China-Russia non aggression treaty being signed. (Which I'll be the first to admit may mean absolutely nothing.) But if you look at the big picture and add in Clinton giving China our missile technology and our playing HERO in Russia's backyard we could see much trouble ahead.

It ain't Clinton
or
It ain't Yeltsin

It's Milosevic.

Serbia is well armed.
It's not about the past, it is not about technology.
It is about what is happening right now, the current framework.
As international accord grows, fighting will get worse.
NATO leaders are correct, that is my opinion.
Milosevic is undergoing a dramatic reduction in his ability to wage war, thanks to NATO. The program I have seen laid out will be very expensive and significant capital will flee.

Yeltsin is walking a thin line back home. Thanks to the new information infrastructure, most people with an interest will be able to see that it isn't an American action, even if they agree that it may be an American initiative. The UN, always apathetic and distant, chides NATO, not Clinton, for being the bully boy. Yeltsin is losing it, the old regime really is gone, along with the Wall, that appears to coming clear to him now.

I think it is just another facet of a growing trend towards effecting change, rather than letting it affect us. It is easy to not act. Acting as you are able, is the final step, taken only after continual scorning.

No, it ain't Clinton, it ain't Yeltsin, it is a complete disregard for might and complete scorn for international accord.

Milosevic has caused this
Serbia has caused this

You do realize that I am only adding rhetoric, the bombs continue to drop, each target adding millions of dollars in debt and reconstruction, cutting lines of communication, severing transportation arteries, pruning military and manufacturing limbs, cutting into critical centers, diminishing the Serbian military machine, piece by piece.
Good.

Hi Chris,

My take on what Clinton is up to will be to send our men and women
to fight in a ground war to help prop up his phallic legacy. If the
situation gets worse, I wonder if we will see him start to parse
words on what he really meant when he said he would not send in ground
troops. America gets what America deserves. A draft dodger will be
sending our boys and girls to their deaths. But wait a minute, its
for the children.

Richard

P.S. Here is the link to the actual ground troops story..
