Saw CNN Moneyline on Friday--Lou (I hate MSFT) Dobbs was interviewing someone from Integral Capital (or something like that). He manages some successful high tech fund.

He said the stock could go up $20 upon a settlement announcement.
In addition, he stated that people in silicon valley don't seem to care about the issues raised by the DOJ as they are not talking about it.
Also said that the trial is becoming like the Monica Lewinsky story; that is, people just don't care and are tired of it. He implied that DOJ case is not going to hurt the company. Furthermore, he reminded that an appeal could last a long time. That is why is it becoming a non-factor.
I feel the same way.
He seemed like someone who understands what is going on, unlike all those CNN and CNBC reporters and their analysts.

BTW--I have stopped caring about the going ons as I see that if a settlement is not reached, the judge will give the DOJ and States a lot less than they could get in a settlment. Then MSFT will appeal it anyways!!!!!
