I am not a securities attorney, but my gut reaction is that if the company did sell additional shares in the face of a shareholder vote prohibiting it from doing so, then the officers and directors might well face some jail time. On the other hand, it is well to remember that this is a company whose officers have lied to shareholders before. Naturally their credibility is somewhat tarnished. As expressed before, my assessment is that the selling we see recently is just frustrated shareholders getting rid of their shares, ie the resistance at about 50 cents ... a subject which was beaten to death a few messages back. I reckon we'll see in a couple months where this assessment is accurate or not. JSb.
