John, agree with your conclusion regarding legal problems for this company if this was in fact going on. Is the transfer agent of TSIS allowed to reveal share count? Some are and some aren't. I saw the dip yesterday and used it as an opportunity to accumulate more.

John,

I'm sure not an attorney either, but I think the shareholder directive can be overridden by the Board of Directors. There are a few other possibles out there we know little about...like possible Options, Convertibles, Preferreds, etc. Who knows what may exist that we know nothing of.
