No news from the company in weeks--oppps, months, I wonder if they have laid any personal off.

and don't have good press within the next 30 days, we are probably headed for bankruptcy.
Why hasn't any magazines or newspapers done a write up on our PMA>
Is PMA really as good as we think??????
Or is it just to late for the market place with all the information available on the internet for free???????

What happened to our other deals with Tech Date and Mericell, or whatever their name is???
The company keeps saying the next 90 days or so is going to make us or break us, we have been hearing that for 1 year now!!!!!
Are we priced to HIGH????
Maybe since we really only have 1 product now, we are doomed.
If we are going down the tubes, it sure would be nice of the company to let us know. Atleast we can enjoy the ride down to the basement of BB's and pink sheeters.
What I would like to know, is what are they doing with the money that they had to have gotten from selling shares onto the market, Now remember, I personally don't know for a fact that they sold any shares, but with Mr.D and myself buying 500k shares in 3 days and the stock losing 20% of its value, It would be hard to say that the company hasn't tried to, or have raised money.
Hell even Elio could pick that up from watching the stock trade 2.5 million shares in 1 day and over a million the next.
I remember when I was down there in December, Jack told me that they had not sold any shares yet, somebody should call Jack or Mike tomorrow and ask if they have sold any shares in the last 6 months. My bet is that they have and now they won't answer the question, they will just give the usual NO COMMENT, OR WE DON'T HAVE TO SAY BECAUSE WE ARE NONE REPORTING.
So, the big question is, IF the company raised money on the open market by selling shares or doing a private offering,
WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH THE MONEY?????????????
Also depending on how many shares were sold, ( if any ) maybe Jack and Mike don't have control of the company now, and that is a reason why we aren't reporting, so nobody knows who really owns controlling interest in the company??????
Or maybe the money is being used to pay back paid in capital from some outside investors from a while back, or even current investors.
Maybe they have threatened the company with a lawsuit, who the hell knows,
But I know this, it is about time for Jack and Mike to come clean with the share holders of BNEZ, the new ones and the old ones and let us know what the hell is going on, FOR ONCE AND ALL.
The company can only hide behind the AOl lawsuit bullshit for so long,
And I hate to say it, but I have been approached by some well know shareholders on this thread that have been long for a very long time, but are sick and tired of the treatment that we have received from the company on information pertaining to sales and other related items.
And they are willing to put up the money to hire a lawyer to investigate a possible lawsuit against the company for mismanagement.
Now I have told these people, some are on SI and some aren't, to wait until the Appeal is over, hopefully only 45 more days and then to see if the company plans to announce that the lawsuit is finally over, announce some sales and that we are going to become reporting.
So once again Jack and Mike, the shareholders of BNEZ await the next 90 days of the company progress to see what happens.
I personally told them at the current time, I would not want to press the investigation by a lawyer, I still have hope in Jack and PMA, and Hal Clark if he is still with us.

THE main reason for me writing this post, so Jack and Mikey better read it, because I know atleast Mikey does,
I talked to a long long term BNEZ shareholder who has been financially devastated by BNEZ and I know that others are also on the brink of Bankruptcy, SURE WE ALL KNOW THAT BB'S ARE VERY RISKY AND SHOULD BE INVESTED WITH A EXTREME CAUTION AND MONEY THAT A PERSON IS WILLING TO LOSE, BUT IF WE ARE ALL GOING TO LOSE OUR MONEY, LET US ALL KNOW HOW THE HELL WE ARE LOSING IT AND WHY????????????
