OH, and how exactly did PABN/PRWT acquire IT?

I'm not even gonna dignify that question... just one thing... April 23, 1999

With only two offices opened up in 9+months, how close do you think they are to this projected $1.5Million/month?

Colleen, you are such an "Armchair Quarterback" try to open an office??? Any type of business at all???? It's not as easy nor as smooth as you think. Personally I have and I'm sure you can ask any one else that ever has.... 9 months for two offices ESPECIALLY in separate states is doing really well.

April 23, 1999 could answer all your questions..... or are you afraid of the answers.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 1998--PanAmerican BanCorp/Purewater

PanAmerican BanCorp/Purewater (PRWT) has acquired Access Wall Street in
exchange for already-issued shares of the company so there is no dilution of
PRWT shares.

The real question should be why would a trading firm on Wall Street, allow itself to be acquired by a penny stock?
