dave you are quick to call me "ignorant" & a "basher", yet you have still not addressed any of my questions. madera must pay the brazilian govt. for any resources they harvest in the brazilian rainforest, this includes timber. therefore, what value does this land have even if they could sell it? secondly, if they were to sell this land, no brazilian currency can be taken out of brazil. lastly, i suggested you call assis monrio, he is the head economic consultant for suframa, he may be able to tell you the sanctions imposed upon land in the brazilian rainforest. i was given a long list of agencys to call by another madera long, yet, i have performed my diligence & have my answers, it is you guys who must call these agencys to see what i tell you is true. you continue to evade the fact that madera has no export license to transfer these herbal products out of brazil. that is a major point of contention but one you shareholders gloss over. i can assure you it is a major task to aquire one, yet madera shareholders here are unconcerned. lastly, you tell me they are keeping the whereabouts of the facilities in brazil a secret, are they also keeping the name of the "chemical engineer" they hired a secret as well? why? your group appears very gung ho & quick to call critics bashers. my intent is not to bash. i am long in a company with facilities in manaus & i have grown to understand a few things about business in brazil. i felt this may assist me, and you, in diligence on madera. aznt has an export license. 1000 hecacres of land was officially granted to aznt in a deed of trust. of course aznt can never sell this land & they are on record as "the only american company to be granted such land in brazil". you claim madera "owns" land in the brazilian rainforest. i ask you for the 'caveats' to that "ownership". also, even with an export license, aznt is required to wait up to 2 months at a crack to transport materials into the u.s.. all revenues generated in manaus must remain in brazil & go to pay the bills for the manaus facilities.brazilian curreny can not be changed in the u.s. or canada. together we can find the answers to these questions. though you have attacked me & aznt, it would do you good to understand i am rooting for madera & all otc issue shareholders, but knowing what i do about doing business in brazil tells me something is not right here. i have asked you to help me. i can find no madera lab, no chemical engineer, brazilian sanctions tell us madera must pay the brazilian govt for any timber they harvest. if madera is claiming they are selling land in the brazilian rainforest, i would think it best to understand the green protocol, ibama , sanctions & regs governing sale of land in brazilian rainforest. spider
