>>If you look at SI chart for MRVC for the last 30 weeks (I choose 30 so we don't have to look at that awful 1 day plunge in August), you will see that MRVC has been making a $5+ - $9+ move every 2-3 months.<<

Sector, thanks for avoiding THAT day. I agree with the idea of a range for MRVC, but I think the bottom will not be lower because of the awards, the SEC issues behind us, and the shorter time until we find out if they have what it takes... I'm thinking of $5.50-$8.50 until something happens. One of the analysts expecting a trading range too (I think he said $6-12). Of course a market meltdown could give us lower entry points ... ?

They have margin problems on the old product, but the new product potential is great for so little premium over *liquidation* book value. Not a slam dunk investment, but a GREAT bet, imo.

>>These were 4-6 week up cycles, just prior to earnings. Hey! It's just prior to earnings now, ain't it?

So, what do ya think? I'm not feeling like anyone cares about the financial details right now ... they have to "go big or go home".

Have a great weekend,
** David

Sector,

The thread has probably already covered this, but what is the relationship between MRVC and New Access other than "equity funding" "expensed as R&D". Anyone know the details, and if not, why won't the company say more?

I called IR on Friday, but played phone tag.

Today, I checked MRVC's website. What a dramatic improvement. It used to be truly pathetic for a high tech company...what one could politely call an embarrassment.

TIA for any responses.
