Jim,

I am on the east coast and am very familiar with the groups here. There has been some minimal redeployment, but zero downsizing. Is this happening out west? There are somewhere in the vicinity of 11-1200 employees here, a brand new campus like facility that has been completed for no more than 3 weeks and needs to hire numerous new engineers and marketing talent.
