If your gasoline prices have jumped 30% either somebody is ripping you off, or there are no sales taxes on gasoline in South Africa. Here in Florida where sales taxes account for about half the retail price, quotations have risen some 8% the last few weeks. And I anticipate another 5% or so before long.
