Note the -1.51% while the NDX dropped only .91% , the head is down
and the tail should follow.

I'm looking at this from two angles, the HEAD/TAIL via Market
cap as weighted by the NDX,
and also just who is doing the leading.
I prefer to see both gropes headed the same way, up or down
before making a bet. So the next 20 are the hot runners in
the NDX note their gain from Feb 19 is 30.76 %
however they seem to have just about stalled out.

NOTE I do not have the HOT runners weighted , I slapped them in
fast with 100 shares each and backed priced them to Feb 19th.
It's just to give me an idea of who the current leadership is
and how they are doing, the issues in this portfolio can be
replaced to often to for me to weight it. I would weight it if
I were trading the stocks and not the index, but that many is
out of my reach.
