*Sprint IS-95 CDMA launched Nov 1996*

After a couple of years of hiccoughs [hiccups], false starts and disappointments:

Hong Kong started up in November 1995

South Korea started March 1996

Los Angeles tried to launch in 1995 but failed.

There was also a semi-commercial trial in Trenton which did nothing much plus a couple of other trial sites.

Sprint went live late 1996.

Then in 1997 they started up all over the place.

In 1998 sales took off and Ericy was starting to drown.

In 1999 The New Paradigm adopted CDMA by QUALCOMM INCORPORATED as the modus operandi. The Fun has Begun. The world is now going CDMA. To those thinking they are late to the party, you are not. The party has just begun. Come on in!

There are now over 10 million Q! handsets being used and over 30 million in total. There isn't much doubt it works. The sales graph steepness is still increasing.

Okay Eric, I'm with you now!!
