I suppose my underlying question is, if PABN/PRWT acquired IT (then, Wall Street Access) by means of a court order, how is this a good business move on John's part. I don't think he can be credited with the acquisition whatsoever, IT was not acquired by his skillful business negotiations, now was it? So, in the past 9-10 months, what can John be credited with having accomplished? Other than issuing hundreds of Millions of more shares?

What's the story? Exactly how were they acquired?

regardless of how they were acquired, they were acquired and belong lock stock and barrel to PABN. ......If they [Access Wall Street] were stupid enough to short the stock and got caught....

Also, how does this reflect on John as a savvy businessman?
