I'm reading positive economic news just about everywhere. Brazil's investment communtiy is turning bullish. Japan's stock market is up 10% for the quarter. US large caps should be able to whip lowered earning estimates for the upcoming reporting period...etc. But I'm concerned about the Kosovo situation also. It's a very dangerous policy that we are pursuing and in my opinion....not consistent. Afghanistan ? Most troublesome is the potential spread to a world war. The Kosovo bombings are considered a spread of American aggression by China and Russia. AS
