GUYS!GUYS!GUYS!
You're arguing about how many drops in a dribble!!
We're all here for each other....until we sell that is!!
For those who dont know, let me as one of those who has
some feel for the share, summarise.........
1.We own this company for Sweet F.A. Call it a million
dollars, so what have we got for that,
2.We have a super slick web hosting site, that is improving all
the time, and is getting hits by the million, which on its own
will produce enough profit to quickly wipe out the deficit.
3.The same website is hosting a range of financial trading
companies, and provides on the one page most of the data one
needs to give up WEBHOPPING!
4.According to management's reply to my question, they will
introduce their own TRADING facility in April.

I am sure others here could add to the list of assets their
webpage contains, but as I have said here, I believe that the
above is INSIGNIFICANT when one compares those to their Corporate
VOIP sales, which has led the company to suggest earnings potential
from VOIP that will blow the lid off this price, and to prove it
they have announced two orders in double quick time, since they
started to sell voip. Corporates are clambering on the bandwagon
of VOIP to make quick killings on the cost of communications.
The savings can be achieved very quickly and inexpensively, but
hugely profitably to TELTRAN.

Hope this helps, tho not authoritative, it essentially says why
I am in the share.

The IrishTelTranslator!!!

Bravado, I wrote:"you appear to work for the Company"....

for the same reasons that Harry called you a "fraud" after he reviewed all your posts, including a new thread you created, that are all directed towards hyping TLTG without any sense of restraint.

What struck me when I reviewed postings on the thread, besides Harry's discovery, is the lack of will to help, exemplified in the reply to Buendia: Pat said 11 Millions shares, but the rest of his answer showed that his understanding was somewhat limited, while Sherry sent him to the Web site, where she should know there is no answer to questions on financials.

When I asked similar questions, Skweeky wanted me to go and post at Raging Bull or ask someone who is evidently biased, yourself. I post on a number of threads, as I have a 30 stocks portfolio, but I don't recall coming across one where certain members are so little forthcoming, that they send newcomers in the wrong direction.

Now, since you are the in-thread TLTG expert, kindly answer the following questions:

1) On what thread(s) do Mr Lerner and Mr Hershkowitz post?

2) Latest outstanding and float shares numbers?

3) EPS, negative or positive for 1997 and 1998?

4) If cash on hand is some $6000, if I understood the figures just published, how does the Company intend to capitalize itself to carry out its expansion plans and meet its new contractual obligations.

5) Have there been recent Private Placements?

6) Is there a Company Business Plan in the form of a document?

7) What is the share structure with regards to warrants, convertible, etc...

8) Statement of assets/liabilities.

9) Any other information that would allow a potential investor to form a clear picture of what the Company is all about, before committing substantial funds to acquire its shares.

Bravado/Source, what are your answers?

Regards, F. Goelo + + +
