The possibility of Kosovos or Albanians moving into other European countries to compete with the natives for resources, and they have a history of bitter hatred, is much different. Do I read you correctly? Are you saying that the danger of Kosovos or Albanians being driven out of Kosovo and moving into Greece, Germany, Hungary, or other NATO countries is so potentially destabilizing that the danger is sufficient to invoke the NATO defense treaty (and it IS a defense treaty) and initiate the bombing campaign?
