Koplik don't even mention possible buyout! It ain't gonna happen. 34% of the company is held by institutions; 13% with management; that's 47%; with us SI'ers we probably have a majority! Nobody in his right mind would sell out now that outlook is so good. We have a pure cdma play with enormous prospects for the next 5-10 years. Why dilute the impact just before the big bucks start rolling in and the stock price soars? What company can offer to make those prospects better? I can't think of any. Shareholders are not gonna buy a pig in in a poke.
