Your not going to be able to get much out of JOHN! He is one slick costumer. As some on this thread will verify, at the opening of IT on Long island, I was backing these boys into a corner and not accepting double talk. I came away thinking that these boys are on to something. Now if your read the letter John plainly states that this company will soon be a NASDAQ company. George the IR has been saying the same thing for months now! So lets step back and take a look at reality shall we? The way PABN is planing on getting listed is to Merge with a already Listed company. That's fine and dandy. But to do that they will have to do a RS split before the merger or they will have to Merge with Microsoft.Look up the listing requierments to be on the NASDAQ. So it would appear to me that word has gotten out that the split is coming and People are Dumping no matter what good news comes down the pike. It's very nerve racking to have 500 thousand shares suddenly turn into 1000. If my therory is correct you will see countinued selling untill .01 and then some BIG block buying coming back into the picture. If someone can respond to this post with an inteligent comments please do.
