Could you or any one out there educate me on the threat from Broadcom and its Maverick Networks acquisition? I have heard that they are targetting PMCS in particular. Is that correct? If so how will this battle look like?

BD - agreed. Solid companies etc., but I find it hard to believe we will be buying these companies at p/e's at 1/2 their growth rate again. Too many people looking. ;-)
