Jim, continuous flow manufacturing is being used in the new Dell server plant and is supposed to be such an improvement in cost that Dell is converting all their old plants to this method. I looked in my files for a description and cost savings over the older method but could not find a file (I never was good at filing). My memory is that there is a 10% cost improvement, but I don't remember what the basis is. While you were counting I thought it might be worth considering but I could not find the numbers. Sorry. Mike
