The state AG's may ask for MSFT to give up its Windows OS but it will never happen. This thing will just have to drag out in court and eventually end up in the Supreme Court.

The AG's are on a drunken power trip since the tobacco industry stupidly and voluntarily gave up their first amendment rights. Bill Gates and MSFT will not give away the Windows OS. For the AG's to even think this is the height of arrogance and ignorance.

Meanwhile, MSFT will continue to flourish, innovate and make money because that is the American spirit - the American way. The motivation of the DOJ and state AG's continues to be highly suspect.
