Stagger lay off that crack pipe. You know the one you were smoking when you said increasing market value was meaningless because the stock was still at $5.
Your talk of WPO notes, credit lines, and turn around and selliing at $8 without affecting the price are delusional.
And so are you.

Actv will be going to the capital markets to finance $5.5 repurchase of the original exchangable preferred.
Don't want go to the well too often.

What happened to the underwriter of the stock offering. Are they working for free? 10% is the minimum.
Most of all Samuels and Reese have much better things to do right now.
Thats why they're in Denver so much, Mr. Bean.
