VLNC downgraded to full-fledged stock fraud.

I now consider Valence a full-fledged stock fraud:

1) I believe that the stock has been fraudulently promoted with the full knowledge and participation of management.

2) I believe that the company has made false and misleading statements in press releases, the internet and through paid promoters including Don Wolanchuck. The gist of Valence's fraud revolves around the persistent dissemination of false reports that the company is producing or on the verge of producing "Lithium Polymer" batteries at a Northern Ireland facility.

3) The company posseses no unique battery technology. The company does not have any manufacturing capability, nor does it have the resources to market or sell any product. In fact, the company's financial condition is near-critical.

There is absolutely no reason to buy this stock. In fact I think that current Valence shareholders risk the loss of 100% of their capital.
