Walt-- Nice catch on the NEW name conflict. If they've struck out on "Nanovonics" and "Ovonyx" they ought to take the lawyers out and shoot them. Searching the Trademark office and getting an opinion of counsel on the useability of a name are standard fare, been there, done that. How did you find these URL's? Through a search engine? If yes, what did our buddies and their law firms do (if anything?)... I think using homonyms for divisions is a little suspect anyway. Maybe we'll get it right on the next try....
