Fred, I'd like to lay claim to the search engine idea, but it was pure luck this time - can't beat luck, no matter how good someone is, huh? I've been keeping an eye on the Micron thread in hopes of catching some hint of a JV with them. Fabeyes had made the post with the URL's. Anyway, here is how it was explained to me. OSMIC is a former subsidiary of ECD. The OVONYX that I found is a trade mark product and the company lawyers said that this will not cause a conflict, since one is a company and the other is a product. And, as long as the product we produce at Ovonyx Inc. is not in the same product line, it's all legal. On another point, does anyone know if there is any truth to the rumor, that we will have a clean room within 6 weeks? Walt
