Johannes--- I have begun to discuss our spring/summer trip to New York with my wife, and I wanted to ask you if you had ever gone to Little Odessa (Brighton Beach) to check out the Russian enclave. If so, was it worth the trip, in your opinion? I will be in Manhattan in April as a chaperone for my son's high school chorus. Get this-- somehow they have arranged that a couple of the singing and instrumental groups will perform in Avery Fisher Hall! Lincoln Center must be desperate for revenue....but it is nice for the kids :-)....
