Not necessarily. If they entered into a "true lease", I don't think they would. Correct me if I'm wrong.

CYOE plot gets better, Prinvest did the lease because they know CYOE will fail. Thats why they have Scharpat set up. A company that will sell the equipment wholesale. Like most high risk deals if company defaults they probably get equipment for just about nothing. Then they resell it through Scharpat. It may be 8% but once you default it goes to 25% mark my words. And the principal is guaranteed from receivables. Its a win win for Prinvest.
