<CYOE plot gets better, Prinvest did the lease because they know CYOE will fail.>

Wait a minute. If CYOE fails, Prinvest can't take the equipment (unless there are some weird terms there). The equipment is held by Wireless USA. Prinvest will recover the equipment only if Wireless fails. If CYOE fails, I expect payments would have to paid into a trustee or something like that.

I agree there would be a higher risk of default, but that would not be automatic.

<CYOE>

Does the leased equipment exist? Does a company owned mfg. plant exist and was the equipment ever shipped? The whole issue of loans, leases and purchases reminds me of a joke in an old history book about the so-callecd Tammy Ring showing all the politicians standing around in a ring pointing to the fellow to his right as they passed the buck after having been caught with their fingers in the till.

If this company is truly a scam, outside money must have come in from somewhere. Makes me wonder what the $$ connection may be!
