He indicated that after April 15th, they would begin working towards becoming reporting. how does that statement reconcile with this excerpt from a press release last march... "The Company also announced its intention to become a reporting company by the filing of a Form 10 with the SEC in the next sixty to ninety days." in fact, as an interesting exercise i visited the bnez and capscape web sites and re-read their press releases. gary
