Does this mean that the financial information EUTO stated in their press release was a lie? It doesn't show those creditors as liabilities. Creative accounting?? What is the total value they think they owe those creditors? How many more shares will be sold? So now which is it? EUTO says they are not selling shares but issuing restricted shares to pay off liabilities. Now they say they are selling to pay off creditors not shown in their financial statement as a liability. Is there anything that EUTO says or publicly releases that is the truth??????? Also of interest, Ivy management, who supposedly has such wonderful plans from the press release to do streaming real time video and an online shopping mall, has to be told by Brad to put up a website??? Notice how the story keeps changing slightly. The press release says they are going to sell online items from the club. Of course, when people point out how ridiculous that was, now the story changes to they are going to sell videos and other music things. It is still questionable whether Ivy can get people into the club (no advertising at all and reports of it being empty). However, they are so "connected" that they are going to sell music items online. This is very entertaining watching the latest twists and turns of the EUTO lies.
