Yes, so the unanswered question is: How do the results of those alternative approaches compare with a strictly TA approach? Another question would be: Should the most robust TA system also incorporate some elements of non-TA tools? Without including the above, the TA Beginners thread would be woefully incomplete. Any intelligent novice visiting this thread would/should want to know!
