Michael,
Amazon has filed to increase the total number of its shares to 1.5 billion from the current 300 million. What exactly does this mean? Where do all these new shares go? If the company can issue them for acquisitions, isn't it dilution, pure and simple? Shouldn't existing shares be worth 1/5 of what they are now? Have you ever seen this sort of thing before?

Good day to buy puts ? yes/no. Also, noticed in your Barrons review that "Fed is doing stealth tightening" I had to laugh, what a joke. They add reserves daily to fuel company borrowing for stock buybacks.
Surely they can not view this as tightening ? ? ? (at least in my opinion)
