Chris, I think it is a great day to buy puts. Retards on Parade are busting a gut trying to close above 10,000.

The growth in money supply has indeed declined lately and tighter margin on internut stocks have been put in place. However, I think it is too little too late to save this runaway economy.

Chris, reserves increase the banking system's ability to create ( loans) credit but that does not guarantee that the credit expansion will continue. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. Mike

I agree with you Chris. My thinking is that this bull is perpetuated by the Fed repos. While powerful, I think this up move has such weak underpinnings, the second the Fed takes away the baby milk bottle we head south at a fast clip.
