Kim, did you get in ECEC? Will take some time but take a look at the buyout offer on the table for UWW from UGI. .566 of every UGI share to UWW shareholders as of close 6/29 (?). Currently about a 30-40% spread in UWW to potential closing June price. Good luck... - Stroke

CPTH, the IPO of the day, is performing very well. I did sell some of my IPO shares between 63 1/2 and 64. RSSF has been supporting CPTH whenever support was needed, standing a stark contrast to the mostly indifferent Alex Brown with ONEM and ABTL. Another example of the kind of differences a strong, supportive lead underwriter can do to help an IPO, look at GSCO's Ivillage.
