The word's in quotes because it was implied by both posters.

C'mon Colleen, quotation marks are for quotes. That's why they are called quotation marks. Or did you just imply that it was a quote.

Oh, and I never implied any such thing. Unless, of course, you have invented a new meaning for "buffoon" (to go along with your new usage of quotation marks).
