Their response is going to be interesting because they went into the "banking" business by purchasing the debt of companies like CAI from people like Merrill Lynch.

Faber's conjecture, (or whoever wrote it for him), is that they are trying the "back door" to obtaining a bandwidth that will allow them to "bypass" the telcos on the "last mile" of data transmission.

It should be worth a few posts!!
