Again you misrepresent the truth. "Can be" is just as accurate as your "....in all likelihood" or maybe "...(maybe 30 people?)". Maybe I should have said "There will be an average of 200 people attending the talk, consisting of programmers, Department Managers, and Executives, if the seminar is like the one I attended this past year."
