You cannot possibly be so dense. In this December post REW is quoting RG as having said that the PP papers were already filed.

Anyone making an investment decision based upon this knowledge being made public as of this date was making their decision based upon a lie. Further to that you no doubt remember when I was a bit of an irritant back in late December repetitively asking for the PP. I was told the same thing by management and I was also unable to find it in the public discourse or having ever been filed.

However, I reluctantly bought in due to some information my client shared with me and in the keen belief that REW would not lie since he was held in such high esteem by the thread.

Here we are in early March and we find 90 plus million shares issued and we are also advised and by management via Marty's faxed but at least written notice from a Paul Henry that the PP has never been filed but will be filed with the next 10K.

Who's telling the truth? REW in December or Mr. Henry's written statement in March? And where has Jazzbo been through this? He is also an attorney and should have relatively good reading and comprehension skills. Eh? And I caused "a ruckus?" Keep shooting messengers and you'll have no one ringing the alarms.

And think what you like but uncovering the obvious is not bashing. I still have great faith in the plan and have little doubt that we'll see great progress. RG has done a great job in assembling this I-Commerce opportunity. Just that the PP people appear to be manipulating the stock and I'm not so sure there hasn't been a long history of gaming this stock in the first place. There must be a common denominator. Find it, eliminate it, and TSIG.Com will thrive.
