martin, The debate surrounding Viagra in England sounds familiar. Everybody wants it for free but nobody is worrying about who is going to pay for it. A line has to be drawn somewhere and thus far IMO the NHS regulators have done a good job setting up practical standards of use. As the general population ages there will be more and more demand on the government's medical budget for age related medications/problems. The system will be more and more burdened with this type of demand with each passing year. I recommend some important and educating reading regarding "The Global Aging Crisis" in the March 1, 1999 issue of U.S.News & World Report.
