Does this company file with the sec? 10k etc? Still bb stock? Apparently they do not release their financial statements. The financials on their web page are hype and a joke. The profit of $300,000 on $1 million, reported in their 3/3/99 hype, er, news release cannot be proven without a proper audit. The fact of the matter is that they do not have the assets to meet the mininum listing requirements for nasdaq. All of the other news releases are equally full fo bull. If I could short this stock, I would but my online broker does not allow it.
