FROM RB:

To gog, news releases are expected in the next 7-10 days to advise all of
the contracts the have acquired. Additionlly, the announcement of the
ultrapulse is also coming. The inside story on this is that the developer of
this technology wanted more of an ownership stake. Had he merely sold
the technology to one of the big boys, that would not have been possible.
Also, he may not be as philthy rich had he sold out, as he expects to be
w/GTMI.

What needs to be researched: (Hi Thomas ... in at .32 also, d'op!) Here's my post on Raging Bull. It sums up in my mind what content providers on this thread need to focus on:

Casper1, The_Bear, and tigers2k ... although the recent press release hasn't had the expected effect on stock price I was
looking for, I am willing to stay put and make a case study out of all this.

The three of you, in the previous three posts, have pretty well nailed down what still needs to be determined (read:
researched):

1) How does one figure out the current 'book value' of our shares now that GTMI has 'closed its acquisition of Bentley House
Furniture Company, Inc.'?

2) What will the ratio of the reverse split be and therefore, what will the new 'book value' be?

3) Does UltraPulse represent a technological wireless transmission breakthrough? Do or will we have exclusive rights to the
technology?

If anyone has experience on mergers and acquisitions and stock evaluation, I would certainly appreciate your teachings on
the subject ... or a URL that is available for hi level study.

I have some background in technology - B.Sc. and I use to sell Wide Area Networking and Local Area Networking equipment
including AT&T's (now Lucent's) WaveLAN technology. I now sell software for the largest computer manufacturer on the
planet. I have always believed that the killer app is wireless Video on Demand at the appliance level ie. like a cell phone for
example.

This vision of ubiquitous / non-tethered VOD obviously would require wireless technology breakthroughs. I was excited for
GTMI because they apparently had a chance to own 51% of a company that (again apparently) had breakthrough wireless
technology. Just a couple of years ago a fella from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada invented and patented a wireless
technology that NORTEL paid him $200M for. That's why the following LogOnAmerica press release
(http://www.logonamerica.com/news.html) really made me drool - why would Cisco and Nortel all of a sudden be hangin
around a little start up like LOA? Lastly, the ASIAN MARKET, with virtually a clean slate esp China, is ripe.

This morning however, RUTH CRAIG (executive secretary to GTMI's CEO, and CFO) tells me

a) the acquisition of UltraPulse Communication Inc. (UIC) didn't occur and
b) there is no longer an affiliation to LogOnAmerica - it had to be disbanded ????????

If someone takes on the share re-evaluation research, I'll start looking into what exclusive technology associations and/or
relationships still exist - assuming there are any. My worst fear is that BHFC simply used GTMI as a shell to incorporate in (as
someone suggested it looked like).
